Jay Bernzweig

​

served as a development and production executive for Columbia Pictures and for Cherry Alley Productions, Goldie Hawn's producing company based at Disney's Hollywood Pictures.  Prior to that he worked as a professional story analyst, for companies including Price Entertainment (Tri-Star), Martin Bregman Productions (Universal), and Cannon Films.

Jay has participated in numerous screenwriting conferences, training sessions and  webinars.  He has consulted on screenplay and story development with dozens of clients, ranging from beginners to produced  writers, producers and directors.

A produced writer himself, Jay wrote and directed the web series "Lookers," has written for both feature films and television, and is the author of many plays including the hit Off-Broadway comedy "Made In Heaven."

 Jay's wide range of experience allows him to offer practical and accurate advice regarding your story concept, execution of your screenplay or teleplay, and marketing the finished product to agents, producers and "the industry."
